absolutely terrible experience at this so-called hotel. the room was cramped and the closet space was almost non-existent. i also had to remind them to validate my parking—how rude! it’s almost laughable that i received no complimentary gesture for enduring such inconveniences. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. save your money!

An absolutely lovely place! My room was clean, cozy, well-equipped, and supremely comfortable. It was on a quiet street, yet very central to sights, and super close to the train station. The staff were incredibly lovely and went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful stay. Would love to stay here again if I ever return to Annecy.
